Our sales team is growing and with that, we are looking to add more qualified sales people to the TherapyScout family. We are looking for people that are hungry for professional growth, in a purpose led vertical who are interested in getting paid well for their efforts while making a difference daily. 

The person we are looking for in this sales role must have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication & negotiation skills while showcasing our offerings in a compelling way. It’s essential that our sales team be personable and professional.

  • You are able to manage a mix of inbound leads with the ability to stay focused and have the discipline to own your opportunities and partnerships

  • Represent our company’s products and services, while having a comprehensive understanding of our industry and the problems our clients face

  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

  • Manage leads and build relationships 

  • Develop and implement an action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results

core responsibilities

  • Identify and set appointments with potential clients through fast-paced B2B prospecting on the phone with leads we provide

  • Facilitate a decision-making process with potential clients by leading the conversation from beginning to end: Setting an appointment, running the process, closing it and maintaining the relationship

  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with activity and follow up

daily and monthly responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos while demonstrating the ability to overcome sales objections 

  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations

  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential clients, often utilizing product demos and presentations

  • You are most comfortable in an environment where you get to make your own decisions

  • You have experience selling over the phone

nice to have skills

  • Experience as a sales development rep, account development rep, or inside sales rep

  • Industry experience specific to Mental and Behavioral Health 

  • Experience selling SEO or website services in a B2B atmosphere 

  • Experience selling reputation management solutions 

  • Experience building and maintaining your own metric-tracking reports via Excel, Google Sheets, etc. 

  • Experience using sales platforms like Trello and Google Business Suite
