Use of Services:

Our Services are designed for mental and behavioral health professionals. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property:
All finished content, including video testimonials, social media videos, audio files, transcriptions, and branding materials, created by TherapyScout Pro are created using our intellectual property. You may use the content solely for your marketing and business purposes but may not resell work or assets we have provided.

Payment Terms:
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services according to the pricing and payment terms outlined on our website or in your service agreement. All payments are non-refundable.

Modification of Services:
TherapyScout Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time. We will notify you within 30 days of any significant changes that affect your usage.

Limitation of Liability:
TherapyScout Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Arizona.

No Returns or Refunds:
As TherapyScout Pro exclusively provides digital products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a service has been rendered or a digital product delivered. This policy ensures that the integrity and quality of our services are maintained.

Subscription Terms:
TherapyScout Pro offers monthly subscription services that provide ongoing access to our digital marketing tools and resources. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled.

Billing:
Your subscription will be billed on the same day each month based on the original purchase date. All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Service Continuity:
As a subscriber, you will have continuous access to our Services as long as your subscription remains active. Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in the suspension of your account and access to Services.
 

Cancellation:
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by [cancellation method, e.g., logging into your account or contacting support]. Upon cancellation, your access to Services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be terminated.

No Prorated Refunds:
TherapyScout Pro does not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your access to the Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Asset Delivery:
Upon completion of your project, a secured link will be sent to you for downloading all assets associated with your order. This data is stored on our secure servers and is encrypted to ensure the highest level of protection.

Download Period:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to download all assets from the project folder. During this time, you are responsible for ensuring that all necessary files are downloaded.

Alert and Reminder Process:
After the 30-day download period, you will receive a series of alerts and reminders over a span of 72 hours. These notifications are intended to prompt you to download any remaining assets before the final deadline.
